East Brook Mall is an enclosed mall featuring national and local retailers such as Old Navy, Kohl's, TJ Maxx, Michaels, East Brook Fitness, Dollar Tree, East Brook Mall Discount Liquor Shop, Famous Footwear, Game Stop, BSP Threading & Tailoring Center, AT Nails, Sally Beauty, Spectrum and much more.

We are located in Eastern Connecticut, 30 miles east of Hartford, Connecticut, at routes 6 and 195. The East Brook Mall is strategically located between two College campuses, the University of Connecticut and Eastern Connecticut State University.

Mall Rules - Code of Conduct
In order to provide a safe, secure and pleasant shopping environment, East Brook Mall asks your cooperation in complying with the Code of Conduct to be followed by all patrons.

These activities are prohibited on Mall property:
  • Smoking and/or Vaping 
  • Loitering
  • Walking in the concourse of the Mall without shoes or shirts.
  • Use of obscene language or gestures.
  • Putting feet on benches or planters.
  • Sitting on floors, sidewalks or planters.
  • Running, horseplay, throwing of any type of debris, disorderly conduct of any nature.
  • Disruptive behavior is prohibited.
  • Standing in groups in such a way as to cause inconvenience to others.
  • Any act which could result in substantial risk of physical harm to persons or property.
  • The playing of radios or musical instruments, not part of an organization approved by Mall Management.
  • Soliciting.
  • Literature distribution without the written permission of Mall Management.
  • Use of skateboards, scooters or roller blades on Mall property. Bicycles inside the Mall.
  • Brandishing a weapon of any kind.
  • Possession/consumption of alcoholic beverages or illegal substances on Mall property.
  • Any act defined by Federal, State or Local Statute or ordinance as constituting a criminal act.
  • Taking unauthorized photograph or video taping of Mall property, Store fronts or other events.
  • Pets are not allowed - Certified Service Dogs only
Violation of the rules may result in expulsion from the Mall.

Banking is available: Berkshire Bank and ATM conveniences.

Restaurants include: Applebee's Asian Bistro, Papa Gino's and Subway.

Family entertainment: Enjoy your night out at the Mansfield Movieplex.

Temporary Leasing

East Brook Mall's Temporary Tenant Program is a wonderful opportunity for you to sell your product or service with duration as short as a day, or as long as a year. Start a small business or test the waters for a future business as a permanent in-line tenant at the East Brook Mall.

Kiosks offer you minimum overhead in a highly successful location. The kiosks have high visibility. They are attractive, and offer you and your product exposure to thousands of potential customers per week.
